The collection of data for website provision and storage of log files is mandatory for operating the website. It is therefore not based on consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or a contract under Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR but justified under Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Therefore, the requirements of Art. 20 (1) GDPR do not apply in this respect.
