Each time our website is accessed, certain data is temporarily stored, which may allow identification. The following data is collected:

Our website is hosted by Strato GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, which receives the above-mentioned data as a processor.

d. Storage duration
The data will be deleted once it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of collection. For website provision, this is the case when the session ends. Log files are stored up to 24 hours directly accessible and are then only available indirectly via backup systems. After a maximum of four weeks, they are permanently deleted.

f. Right to lodge a complaint

g. Right to data portability

The collection of data for website provision and storage of log files is mandatory for operating the website. It is therefore not based on consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or a contract under Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR but justified under Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Therefore, the requirements of Art. 20 (1) GDPR do not apply in this respect.

II. Right to Object Pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR

You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data which is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We will then no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
